Dr. Chorness is pleased to announce exciting new services, which have been incorporated into her practice.
Beginning October 1, 2016, Bioidentical Balance, LLC and Blossom Gynecology, Wellness and Infertility will open skin care services including facial products, injection of fillers, Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Restylane Lift and Restylane Silk. Unique features of the program include instruction regarding treatment options for skin related concerns including fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, discoloration, as well as prevention programs that include antioxidants and retinol therapy for correction. Patients will receive education regarding all available options for skin care including over the counter products, prescribed topical products, supplements, physician office based skin care products, facial peels, microdermabrasion, injection with Botox/Dysport and fillers, as well as supplements and lifestyle changes.
